Back to Home Exterior Painting & Sealing

Exterior Protection,
Built for the Bay.

Fog, salt air, winter rain, and summer UV are hard on a home. We pair meticulous prep with premium sealants and UV-resistant coatings so your exterior doesn't just look new — it stays that way for a decade or more.

Why It Lasts

Paint Fails at the Prep, Not the Paint

Peeling and blistering almost always trace back to moisture and skipped prep. We fix the cause before we touch a sprayer.

Coastal-Grade Materials

Premium sealants and UV-resistant exterior paints chosen for Bay Area conditions — fog, salt air, and intense afternoon sun.

Moisture Handled First

We track down failing caulk, dry rot, and gaps before painting. Trouble spots get repaired and sealed so the new finish has nothing to fight.

A Finish That Holds

Full-thickness coats applied to spec, with primers matched to each substrate — wood, stucco, fiber cement, or metal.

The Process

A Finish That Outlasts the Weather

01

Exterior Assessment

We walk the whole exterior, note failing paint, dry rot, and caulk gaps, and give you a firm written quote with color recommendations.

02

Wash & Repair

The house is pressure-washed to remove chalk, mildew, and salt residue. Damaged siding and trim are repaired; gaps are re-caulked.

03

Scrape, Sand & Prime

Failing paint is scraped and feather-sanded, and bare spots get substrate-matched primer — the step most painters rush, and the reason ours lasts.

04

Spray & Back-Roll

Body, trim, and doors are sprayed for even coverage and back-rolled where needed to work paint into the surface. Landscaping stays masked and clean.

05

Inspect & Walkthrough

We inspect every elevation in daylight, touch up, and walk the property with you. You keep the leftover labeled paint for future touch-ups.
